Eman Saleh RPh, APA, CDE, CTH

License # 11736

Eman completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences degree at the University of Alberta in 2017. She currently has her Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA), is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), and has a Certificate in Travel Health (CTH) from the International Society of Travel Medicine.

Eman Saleh (Practice Permit # 11736) is the Pharmacy Manager/Licensee of Jewel Pharmacy and is the representative for the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager is required to provide, on the request of a patient, the name and practice permit number of any regulated member who provides a pharmacy service to the patient or who engages in the practice in the practice of pharmacy with respect to patients.

Jewel Pharmacy Ltd. is the proprietor of this business. Eman Saleh is the proprietor’s representative.
